Dr. Samia Oueslati

Dr. Oueslati is an Assistant Professor in the Laboratory of Extremophile Plants (LPE) at the Center of Biotechnology of Borj Cedria (CBBC), Tunisia.

She holds a Ph.D. in Plant Biology from the Faculty of Sciences of Tunis, Tunisia.

Dr. Oueslati explores a multidisciplinary approach that encompasses plant biotechnology, pharmacognosy (the study of plants or other natural sources as a possible source of drugs), in vitro, and in vivo biological activities of plant extracts and essential oil. She has extensively published in English and French on numerous themes.
